EthereumRegisteredA hook that acts as an equity-pegged market maker, quoting token↔USDC swaps at a price derived from an external equity/stock feed. Liquidity deposits are fully blocked; each swap is settled in full via beforeSwapReturnDelta using locked ERC-6909 inventory seeded at graduation. Swaps revert when the feed is stale or not-ok, or when the pool is frozen by the factory admin.
