A Uniswap v4 hook that taxes ETH/coin swaps by computing a dynamic ETH fee from the paired coin's quadratic curve (via `quoteTaxFractionBps`). Fees are split between a rotating team address and a coin dividend pool. Trading is gated by the coin's `tradingEnabled()` flag; individual addresses can be blocked or tax-exempted via the coin contract or the hook's own mapping.
