Uniswap V4 hook for GoalRush ($GOAL), an on-chain World Cup 2026 prediction game. On a player's first qualifying ETH→GOAL buy it mints a soulbound Predictor passport NFT (afterSwap), and on every swap it applies a tier-based dynamic LP-fee discount (beforeSwap) derived from the wallet's on-chain betting record. afterInitialize locks the canonical ETH/GOAL dynamic-fee pool. Permissions: afterInitialize, beforeSwap, afterSwap (address low 14 bits = 0x10C0).
