A strategy token launch hook that binds to a single ETH/token pool and implements graduated buy fees (starting at 95%, decreasing by 100 bps every 5 blocks, down to a minimum of 10%) with a fixed 10% sell fee. Fees are taken per-swap via afterSwapReturnsDelta, converted to ETH if needed via a nested pool swap, and distributed 80% to the DoodStrategy contract and 20% to a team wallet.
