It enforces a degressive launch fee schedule (25%→10%→5% forever) by overriding the dynamic LP fee each swap, distributes swap fees pro-rata to TIDE holders via a vesting mechanism, and features a lottery that awards forfeited unclaimed earnings from sellers to a random holder.
