A Uniswap v4 hook implementing a 1.7% reflection fee on swaps. On buys, ETH fees accumulate and are periodically used to buyback the token via a nested POOL_MANAGER.swap() every 20 swaps; on sells, tokens are taken and sent to the token contract for holder distribution. Blocks exact-output swaps, gates sells temporally post-buyback, and has an owner-controlled allowlist that can block sells for non-allowlisted addresses.
