RobinhoodRegisteredA shared Uniswap v4 hook for all CashCat launchpad pools that charges a configurable swap fee (up to 10%) always in the pool's quote currency via v4 return-delta accounting. Fees are taken in beforeSwap for specified-quote swaps and afterSwap for unspecified-quote swaps, minted as ERC-6909 claims to a locker. Pool creation is gated to the CashCat launchpad; afterSwap also records a cosmetic graduation milestone based on post-swap price.
