Charges a configurable fee (up to 5%, set at deployment) on the ETH side of swaps in native-ETH launchpad pools. Fees are collected in beforeSwap (ETH-specified trades) and afterSwap (token-specified trades) via delta returns, then forwarded to a LaunchFeeSplitter contract that attributes them to each token's creator.
