A fee-and-burn hook for PONS token/ETH pools. Takes a configurable ETH fee (default 2%) on both buy and sell swaps, splitting proceeds between the token creator (90%) and a vault for $D09E buybacks (10%). On sells, also burns a configurable portion of the sold token from a hook-maintained burn reserve funded separately from swap flow.
