FarmIndexFeeHook
RobinhoodRegisteredVolatility-based fee hook for FarmIndex pools that charges ETH fees on every swap. Buy fees are deducted from the ETH input in beforeSwap; sell fees are deducted from the ETH output in afterSwap. The fee rate scales between a pool-configured base and max (both within 1–5%) based on the previous swap's tick movement, and is forwarded directly to a per-pool fee recipient.
