A volatility-aware fee hook for USDG-quoted Uniswap v4 pools that charges a dynamic fee (1–5%) on exact-input swaps only. Buy fees are taken from USDG input in beforeSwap; sell fees from USDG output in afterSwap. The fee ramps between a configurable base and maximum based on the previous swap's tick movement. Fees are sent directly to a per-pool recipient address.
