RobinhoodRegisteredCharges a 1% swap tax on launchpad pools, always denominated in the pool's quote token, split 50/50 between the launchpad deployer and the pool token creator. Only the registered strategy contract can initialize pools with this hook; the tax is taken via BeforeSwapDelta or AfterSwapDelta depending on which swap leg is the quote currency.
