A Uniswap v4 hook for tokenized equity pools that charges a dynamic LP fee: a configurable base fee plus a time-varying surcharge computed from US market hours (regular session Mon–Fri 09:30–16:00 ET, extended hours, or closed). The surcharge widens when the reference market is shut, compensating LPs for stale-price risk. Implemented via LP fee override in beforeSwap; the contract holds no funds and has no owner or governance.
