A Uniswap v4 hook for tokenized-stock token launches. Each pool's flat swap fee (0–5%) is set at launch and split among the creator, a bid-wall budget, and a platform treasury. The bid wall is a quote-token single-sided liquidity range placed one tick spacing below spot; it automatically rebuilds after each swap when the budget crosses a threshold, permanently sequestering any tokens it buys.
