It gates swaps until a scheduled activation time, then computes a time-decaying anti-snipe or market-cap-decaying fee taken exclusively in WETH via BeforeSwapDelta and afterSwap hook delta. Fees are split among protocol, creator, and partner; the creator's slice can optionally fund a flywheel routing WETH to buyback-and-burn, auto-LP, reflections, or WETH dividends to holders.
