RobinhoodRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook for the Saturn Omnichain project that records the initial tick after pool initialization. An external `initializePools()` function calls a `LiquidityBootstrapper` contract to bootstrap liquidity and store the initial tick. All swap-path hook callbacks are no-ops; the hook has no swap flags.
