RobinhoodRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook that charges a volatility-based ETH fee (1–7%) on ETH/token pool swaps. Buy fees are taken from the ETH input in beforeSwap; sell fees are taken from the ETH output in afterSwap. The fee rate scales with the previous swap's tick movement, resting at a configurable base fee in calm markets and ramping to a configurable max fee during volatile periods. Only exact-input swaps are permitted; exact-output swaps revert.
