RobinhoodRegisteredA bonding-curve launch hook for stock-token-quoted pools on Robinhood Chain. Implements guard-phase fee decay (90%→3% over ~50 blocks), a flat 1% curve phase, and 1% post-graduation fee, with per-wallet and per-block buy caps during the launch window. Fees are captured via BeforeSwapDelta/AfterSwapDelta returns and routed to a FeeRouter contract.
