RobinhoodRegisteredA 2% swap tax hook for graduated reflection-token pools. On ETH-specified swaps it takes a fixed 200 bps fee via beforeSwap/afterSwap return-delta callbacks and forwards it to a per-token fee bucket in the factory contract. Pool initialization is gated to a designated graduator address to prevent front-running.
