The base hook charges a decaying buy tax (95%→10%) and flat 10% sell tax on an ETH/SPCXSTR pool, takes fees via afterSwapReturnsDelta, and distributes them 80/10/10 to controller/dev/rewards with token-to-ETH conversion via a nested afterSwap.
