RobinhoodRegisteredFee hook for stock-paired (TOKEN/<stock>) Uniswap v4 launch pools. Charges a fixed fee on the stock/quote leg across all four swap directions, accumulating as ERC-6909 claims. A permissionless claimFees() converts accrued stock fees to WETH via Uniswap V3 (TWAP-guarded slippage floor) and distributes as native ETH across a fixed 4-way split: dev, treasury, buyback, and token mechanism.
