Applies configurable buy and sell fees on ETH↔strategy-token swaps by intercepting them via BeforeSwapDelta (buy) and AfterSwapDelta (sell), taking fees in ETH via poolManager.take(). Collected fees are split among a strategy contract, an owner recipient, and a holder rewards recipient according to configurable BPS ratios; pool initialization and liquidity addition are restricted to the strategy contract.
