A launch hook for WETH/token pairs that applies configurable protocol fees on buys (via beforeSwap delta) and sells (via afterSwap delta), denominated in WETH. An elevated 85% sniper fee is enforced during the first 30 seconds after pool registration. Pools must be registered by a designated factory contract; swaps on unregistered pools revert.
