A Uniswap v4 hook for ETH/token pools that charges a configurable flat fee (up to 5%) in ETH on every swap. On buys (ETH in), the fee is deducted from the input via beforeSwap delta; on sells (ETH out), from the output via afterSwap delta. Fees are sent directly to a per-pool recipient address during the swap. Only exact-input swaps are permitted.
