A volatility-sensitive fee hook for native ETH/token pools that collects ETH fees (1%–7.3%) directly via BeforeSwapDelta on buys and AfterSwapDelta on sells. The fee scales between a configurable base and maximum based on the previous swap's tick movement. Exact-output swaps are blocked; only exact-input swaps are permitted.
