RobinhoodRegisteredAnti-snipe fee hook that charges a linearly decaying buy-side fee (configurable up to 99%) during a short launch window (5–30s), then zero fee afterwards. Fee proceeds are taken directly from WETH input via BeforeSwapDelta and distributed 70% to the token creator / 30% to the platform once a 0.01 WETH threshold accumulates.
