A Uniswap v4 hook for the Saturn Omnichain project with only the afterInitialize flag set. The afterInitialize callback is a no-op; pool liquidity setup is triggered externally via initializePools(), which calls a configurable ISaturnOmnichainLiquidityBootstrapper contract to bootstrap positions and record the initial tick.
