A swap fee hook for TOKEN/REWARD_STOCK pools that charges a configurable buy and sell fee always in REWARD_STOCK, minting collected fees as ERC-6909 claims to a distributor contract. Pools not containing REWARD_STOCK pass through untaxed. All fee parameters (buyFeeBps, sellFeeBps) are immutable after deployment.
