A Uniswap v4 hook that charges a configurable percentage fee on the WETH leg of every swap, splitting proceeds among the project token creator, a platform vault, and an optional allowlisted referrer via an accrue-and-claim model. Sell-exact-out swaps are rejected; hookData optionally encodes a referrer address.
