A single-pool Uniswap v4 hook that charges an immutable native ETH tax on every swap. It uses BeforeSwapDelta for native-specified swaps and AfterSwapDelta for fund-token-specified swaps. Accrued ETH tax is forwarded to an immutable recipient address via a permissionless keeper function.
