Charges a dynamic ETH fee (1%–6.6%) on exact-input swaps: buys are charged on input via beforeSwapReturnsDelta, sells are charged on output via afterSwapReturnsDelta. The fee rate floats with recent tick movement and is sent directly to a per-pool recipient address registered by the factory.
