RobinhoodRegisteredUniswap v4 hook that charges a fixed 2% ETH-side protocol fee on all swaps in launchpad pools (ETH is always currency0). Fees are accrued as ERC-6909 claims on the PoolManager and redeemed for real ETH via a launchpad-only collect() function.
