A Uniswap v4 hook for the $REEFGUARD token that applies a fixed 5% fee on all swaps (buys and sells), always collecting the fee in ETH (currency0) and forwarding it to an immutable feeRecipient address. Fees are skimmed via BeforeSwapDelta in beforeSwap when ETH is the specified currency, and via afterSwap return delta otherwise.
