Uniswap v4 hook for the Mixpad token launchpad. Collects a platform fee on each swap in a registered token's pool, splitting it between the token creator and treasury with optional buyback-and-burn. Applies a decaying anti-snipe surcharge during early blocks after launch and a time-limited deployer dump surcharge on creator sells. Optionally routes an additional dividend tax to a YieldVault for proportional holder distribution.
