RobinhoodRegisteredVolatility-based ETH fee hook for BaldPadFun launch pools. Charges 1–5% fees in native ETH on exact-input buys (via beforeSwap delta) and sells (via afterSwap delta), with the fee scaling linearly based on the previous swap's tick movement. Fees are sent directly to a per-pool fee recipient on each swap. Exact-output swaps are rejected.
