RobinhoodRegisteredA minimal hook for the Saturn Omnichain protocol with only the afterInitialize permission set. The afterInitialize callback is a no-op. Liquidity bootstrapping and initial tick recording are performed by a separate initializePools() function that calls an external ISaturnOmnichainLiquidityBootstrapper. All swap, liquidity, and donate callbacks are pure no-ops.
