RobinhoodRegisteredUniswap v4 hook for tokenized-stock launch pools. Charges a fixed swap fee (0–5%, set per pool at launch) split between the creator, a protocol bid wall, and a platform treasury. Maintains a single-sided liquidity "bid wall" one tick-spacing below spot that captures sold tokens permanently, and gates liquidity additions to the factory until the pool graduates.
