An ERC-20 token (uSTOCK) that is also its own Uniswap v4 hook for its uSTOCK/ETH pool. Charges a fixed 3% fee on every swap via afterSwapReturnsDelta, accruing fees as ERC-6909 claims inside the PoolManager. Anyone may call convert() once per 5 minutes to redeem those fees, swap them into a pseudo-randomly chosen tokenized stock from a fixed basket, and distribute the proceeds pro-rata to holders with ≥10,000 uSTOCK.
