A per-pool afterSwap hook that enforces sell limits during a time-boxed launch window. During the window, swaps that sell the designated token above a threshold (measured in paired-currency units) are reverted, unless the sender is on the owner-managed exempt list. After the window expires, no enforcement occurs.
