Protocol-fee hook for Hooke's hXMAX/USDG pool (LP fee 0, tick spacing 60). Charges a USDG-only protocol fee of 2%-4% per swap, set by the pool price's deviation from the on-chain HookeOracleRegistry price: widening swaps pay up to 4%, narrowing swaps pay 2%, and the higher of the pre- and post-swap rates applies. Fees go to the Hooke Treasury via BeforeSwapDelta (buys) and AfterSwapReturnsDelta (sells). Exact-input only; callers pass the exact fee rate as 32-byte hookData (Hooke SDK).
