A volatility-based fee hook for Uniswap v4 that charges ETH fees on buys (in beforeSwap) and sells (in afterSwap). The fee scales between a configurable base and max rate (1%–7.3%) based on the previous swap's tick movement, and is sent directly to a per-pool fee recipient on every swap. Only exact-input swaps are permitted.
