A fee hook for stock-paired TOKEN/<stock> launch pools on the LaunchFair V2 platform. Charges a fixed fee on the quote (stock) leg of every swap via BeforeSwapDelta/AfterSwapDelta return values, accrues fees as ERC-6909 claims, then permissionlessly converts them stock→WETH on Uniswap V3 and distributes the proceeds in native ETH across creator, treasury, mechanism, and buyback recipients. No admin surface; all parameters are constructor immutables.
