A Uniswap v4 hook for tokenized stock launches that charges a per-pool fixed swap fee (0–5%, set at launch and immutable) split 80%/5%/15% among creator, bid-wall reserve, and platform. The bid wall places single-sided quote-token liquidity one tick spacing below spot; any tokens the wall acquires are permanently sequestered.
