A Uniswap v4 hook that collects a configurable WETH-denominated fee on every swap through registered pools, using BeforeSwapDelta/AfterSwapDelta mechanics to take the fee from the WETH leg regardless of swap direction or exactness. Accrued fees are split between an immutable project treasury and protocol treasury and claimed permissionlessly.
