RobinhoodRegisteredJIT hook that deploys multi-range concentrated liquidity across weighted tick buckets in beforeSwap and removes it in afterSwap, with idle assets parked in owner-configured ERC-4626 vaults between swaps. LP fee is static, fixed at pool creation. Access is gated by a per-pool liveness flag toggleable by the owner.
