A Uniswap v4 fee hook for the NoCurve launchpad that intercepts exact-input swaps on WETH-paired pools, takes a 1% input-side fee via poolManager.take(), and escrows it per launched token. Only the designated launchpad contract can collect the escrow for 80/8/12 creator/referrer/platform distribution.
