Charges a configurable fee (1% protocol + up to 9% creator add-on, up to 10% total) on every swap, always taken in the pool's quote asset, collected as ERC-6909 claims and settled separately. Includes an optional anti-snipe surge fee that decays linearly post-launch. Liquidity can only be seeded once by the factory and is permanently locked.
