A Uniswap v4 hook for the Mixpad token launchpad that collects platform swap fees on every trade and splits them between the token creator and treasury, with a configurable portion going to an automatic buyback-and-burn. Applies a decaying anti-snipe surcharge on buys in the blocks immediately after launch and a time-limited linearly-decaying surcharge on sells by the original deployer address.
