RobinhoodRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook for the Saturn Omnichain protocol. Implements only `afterInitialize` (a no-op callback that returns the selector). Exposes `initializePools()` which calls an external `ISaturnOmnichainLiquidityBootstrapper` to bootstrap initial liquidity and records the resulting tick. Does not affect swaps in any way.
