A Uniswap v4 hook that charges a configurable fee (in pips) on both swap directions, taken in the designated pair token. Fees are accrued as ERC-6909 claims and distributed between a project treasury (pair token) and a protocol treasury (WETH via a frozen DIRECT/VIA_USDG conversion route). Pools must be registered by an admin-controlled launcher before swaps are permitted.
